8:30 AM Contemporary Worship Service

Trinity Church has a contemporary band called  "Joyful Noise."  The music is contemporary Christian music.  The service involves the worshipers in song and prayer.   Communion is celebrated every third Sunday except on special holidays.  The service of praise usually ends by 9:15 AM followed by a time of fellowship with coffee, juice and rolls.  The service is an informal service.

If you have a special desire to express your self through contemporary music, the band would love to add your spirit to our music.  Come join in the praise of God!

Trinity offers church school classes for Junior and Senior high students with a special emphasis and understanding for the issues they are dealing with every day.  Some of the topics touched on include peer relationships, the opposite sex, current events, dating, and family relationships.

Church School:

The Trinity Church School program provides the opportunity for students, preschool through senior high, to grow in their Christian faith through the study of the Word of God and its implication and application in their daily lives.  This year, the curriculum is "Season's of the Spirit" and utilizes a team teaching technique.  Church School for all ages meets from 9:15 to 10:15 each Sunday morning September through May.

Confirmation:

Confirmation is available for students in the ninth grade and up.  Trinity prepares young Christians for church membership by informing our youth about the Christian faith, the Christian church, and the United Church of Christ.

Adult Education:

An Adult Class is held during the church school hour September through May for Bible study and discussion of our spiritual journey and worldly issues as they impact God's call to faithful living.  , Short term special topic adult seminars are offered as interest and need dictates.

Child Care:

Trinity's nursery cares for children ages birth through two years during the 10:30 AM worship service.  Caregivers are adult volunteers who meet the physical and spiritual needs of infants and toddlers while their parents worship close by.

Youth Fellowships:

Elementary Youth Fellowship (EYF):

A Christian fellowship group for children in grades three through six meet monthly to have fun, provide service for the church and learn together.   Highlights of the current year have included a trip to COSI, an overnight at the Cleveland Zoo and skating and bowling parties.  They planted flowers in the spring to beautify the church landscape.

Junior High Youth Fellowship (JYF):

A Christian fellowship for youth, grades seven and eight.   The group meets on a monthly basis for the purpose of sharing fun and fellowship and serving the church and community.  Junior High activities this year have included Christmas shopping at the Findlay mall, ice skating and bowling.

Senior High Youth Fellowship (SYF):

A Christian fellowship group for high school aged youth.   Much of the year is spent fundraising for a week long mission trip during the summer.  This year's trip is to Pittsburgh Project Workcamp, Pittsburgh, Pa.
