- Richard James “Dick” Wright, 66, W. Co. Rd. 48, Tiffin – January 1, 2008/ He was the former owner and general manager of WTTF, Inc. Radio and was a member and chairman of the Mercy Hospital Board of Trustees. The Traunero Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Mercy Hospital of Tiffin.
- Daisy Patricia Biggs, 88, formerly of Beechwood Drive, Tiffin – January 2, 2008. She was a housekeeper. The Traunero Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to teh Seneca County Humane Society.
- Herbert J. “Whitey” Heilman, 77, Tiffin – January 3, 2008. He was retired from Webster Industries after 43 years as a fabricator. The Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. Memorial contributions can be made to Community Hospice Care or to a charity of the donor’s choice.

- Paul Eugene “Wally” Borer, 59, Tiffin – January 6, 2008. He enlisted in the U.S. Army where he completed five campaigns in Vietnam with the 1st Calvary Division.
